Where do I ship and how much does it cost?
I ship orders worldwide and delivery is FREE! Yay! 🥳
EU Shipping
EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience.
For orders under 150€, all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges will be required. This will expedite customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times!

How long it will take?
I generally aim to dispatch all orders the next working day and I use Royal Mail to ship all my orders.
UK orders typically take 2/3 working days to be delivered while International orders take 3/7 working days to be delivered.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?
All UK orders above £15 and all International orders above £10 are dispatched using tracked postage so it will be easier for you to monitor your illustrated goodies as they travel through the network to reach your home. 📬
If you are in the UK and your order hasn’t arrived within 1 week, or if you are outside of the UK and your order hasn’t arrived within 4-8 weeks please do get in touch with me at shop@illustratedbymabel.com and I’ll do my best to solve the issue.
Return Policy
My return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at shop@illustratedbymabel.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
